Weinig diepte, Weinig smaak
vanila. sweet alchol. soft.
sweet alchol. vanila. oak.
vanila. a bit smokey. oak. sweet.
vanila. smokey and short oak flavor.
Good Jack dram
Good with Coke
Banaaninen ja viinainen. Ei sovellu juotavaksi sellaisenaan. Drinkkiviskinä kuitenkin ihan hyvä
Vanilla, caramel, sugar, coal, alcohol. Good for mixing.
Standard for mixing with coke. You always know what you get.
classic American burbon best with coke
nice vanille flavour
Corn, sweet and vanilla. It a kind of "u must have" typically served as Jack n Coke or Jack on the Rocks
this is well made stuff! BBQ smoky flavours, sweet overall but not sickly. easy sippin' whiskey that I'd happily sip for the day!
sweet acetone, wood polish, brown sugar, honey, oak. very sweet overall.
immediately a smoke flavour hits, but its not peat, more fire pit or BBQ smoke. tangy, Desperate Dan bars from childhood! very nice!!
short but those tangy BBQ flavours hang around.
vanilla notes, smooth
classic bourbon notes
guilty pleasure for sure. Love the banana notes. Not my go-to, but wont say no for this.
usually with coke only.
Burned caramel
easy drinking. very smooth. definite charr. surprised that I enjoyed it so much. nice price.
must, sweet, brown sugar promise.
sweet. brown sugar. charr. wood.
tight and sharp. some bitterness.
so I always end up with a bottle of JD at Christmas even though not a fan of burbon or whisky with the "e".
nose is sweet vanilla, charcoal, bonfire/burning wood.
the taste is nutty banna ice cream Sunday with toasted marshmallow, pecan and a oaky finish.
in my personal opinion I'm not a fan of jd and think it's a bit hyped up and annoys me if in a pub and ask for a whisky they go for a JD straight away....
Whisky-Cola, please. In disco club. And you get this stuff.
light not complex
light oakey wood taste with no spicy after taste
longer finish
One of those small, flask-ish bottles you find behind the register. It's a beautiful maple syrup color (foreshadowing?).
The nose is old wood, like a dusty warehouse; sawdust. Elmer's glue, as expected, with corn syrup.
The taste is molasses, toffee and sweet syrup. The dust from the bottom of a jar of peanuts. The corn syrup is smooth and unobtrusive. The burn is nearly non-existent, to the point I had to check the proof. A droplet of water brings out the corn stuff.
The finish is some sort of corn and maple syrup hybrid. Burnt oak ash on the sides of the tongue. Additional water makes the rye/cinnamon pop. It's no mystery why this is the most popular Tennessee whiskey on earth: it's mild, sweet, drinkable and will mix beautifully with the cola of your choice.
a
sweet mixer
mehhh
Sweat and oaky but not a go-to unfortunately. Entry level and overhyped
Love to drink after cleaning guns. Goes good with the scent of Hoppes #9. Go to cocktail with Coke.
Very poor and harsh. Can see why it is a staple for ice or coke to cut through some of the ethanol.
Light, sweet, harsh, strong ethanol.
Caramel, bananas, spicy oak but still harsh.
Rough, dry but still some sweetness.
Easy, Good price, Beginer's choice. Not my favorite
I watched a documentary about the manufacturing of this product, & barrels. It made me buy & try. No regrets. Nice to get a whisk(e)y from another continent. Easy enough to drink neat, not expensive. Glad its in the collection. Nice aroma, sweet & warm to taste, easy finish.
Icing sugar, grappa, spirity.
Coconut, maize sweetness, grass,?
Short & simple, nothing lingers, tasty!
W nosie lekko drzewna, w smaku rozgrzewająca, delikatnie drzewna, przyjemna, ale bez szału. Trochę czuć jakiś lakier, może kompot. Do picia na lodzie.
Woody, floral, corny, sweet.
Vanilla, lots of pepper, oak, some fruit compote.
Woody again, sweet and pepper.
Jacka przedstawiać nie trzeba. Wchodzi jak soczek. Pozycja obowiązkowa do spróbowania.
Pomerne jemna a hladka, naznak kukurice.
Nose, flavor, and finish all pretty subtle in my opinion. Sippable if you're in a bind, but best for blending.
Du Jack quoi...
Harsh alcoholic, with more time more aromatic. Simple bourbon.
When the stringent alcohol is gone there are sweetness, some vanilla and caramel and mild oak notes.
Sweetness and oak, no more.
Oak.
made doe mixing with coca cola
A bit rough! Not quite how I remember it...
on the nose a typical sweet bourbon with vanilla.
on the pallet sweet and oaky with a sweet finish.
not bad for the price. but notting special.
Sweet vanilla caramel maple oak light
The smell i get a bit of dark chocolate and oak and the taste is oaky
Less aggressive than the single barrel, and more flavorful than Gentleman Jack, regular old Jack Daniel's is the safest option in the Daniel's family.
great mixer. good on the rocks
very particular taste that you'll love or hate. i learned to appreciate it
barely any flavour
Price is good, Easy to drink with coke or tonic
Good for mixed drinks
Good for cocktails. Characteristic sweet, caramel smell and taste with the clear charred oak background.
Oaky and slight vanilla flavors. It's ok but not my favorite.
Classy
Sweet, bit licorice, Vanilla
bit harsch
light smoke
Nail polish on the nose, strong alcohol taste with sweet finish
Nose: caramel, toffee and vanilla.
Taste: sweet, vanilla, toffee, oakiness.
Finish: medium, caramel and vanilla.
Not bad at all
GG jackD.
My go-to for a bar cocktail - Jack & Ginger. Every time. Not a huge fan of drinking it neat, but it's definitely a familiar favorite. And it's available everywhere.
strong alcohol, amber
neutral
pepper/spicy
Good for mixing
A must have for any bar. Don't like it straight but love it with 7-up.
My first whiskey.lovely taste and smell and not expensive.
Sweet vanilla oakines and
vanilla sweetness oak
short so keep sipping
This is my go too
favorite
Must have in the collection but more of a shooter than a taster.
Good for a mix
Smooth,tast of vanilla
nope
Sorta bland
it's jack..
burn and blah mix it with coke
This surprised me. Was expecting shot fodder but this really isn't a bad sipper. I got notes of banana candy, caramel, and wood char. I didn't care for the heat on the back end and overall it's fairly bland and light bodied but what do you expect from a whiskey that's this cheap?
Banana candy, caramel, wood char
Banana essence, light bodied, caramel, pepper, starts smooth and ends with a bit too much burn
Ashy, tobacco, dry
if you are here I am guessing you know what this is. simple and average.
Jack and Coke is still a go to drink at an average bar but given the option I would choose something with a little more flavor profile. Old No7 is a good TN whisky and will keep a place on the bar.
Oak at first for the smell but also a bit of dark chocolate at the back.
The taste is much oak
Works good for parties
Vanille
sweet
oak
smooth
good everyday sipper. not complex but I like it a lot. number one in the world for a reason.
good
Bad whisky
smells like Paint thinner, only taste oak... the longer it is in the glass the more Paint thinner it taste. i dont recomend it.
Vanilla, brown sugar, sweet
50
quite drinkable for the price , perfect with coke
back to the future! Its simple its Jack!
Lack of flavor and screams of alcohol. Will not buy again.
its jack, I assume everyone has tried jack if they are in this app
cola drink)
A classic, but not my taste. Lot of Vanilla.
Classic bourbon, sweet, spicy and oak taste. I do not like drinking this neat but preferably mixed with coke or used in barbecue recipes.
good for cola
Always a standard in any watering hole.
a safe bet, I particularly like the taste of coal in the end.
heerlijke whisky, scherp en warm
Classic vanilla, honey, caramel and sweetness profile.
Perfect with cola
Sweet, slightly woody
Burnt wood
Vanilla, oak
Reminded me of medicine. First whiskey I bought but not the first I've tasted.
what's left to be said about JD, they punch above their level.
what's left to be said about JD.
spicy, mild, sweet, vanilla
I didn't think I'd like it without coke but I actually like the charcoal ashy finish
The first whiskey I ever tried, and was almost my last. Perhaps I should buy again to see if my taste have changed, but I didn't care for it back in the day.
too sweet. vanilla.
Old faithful. Jack and Coke is the best mixed drink but on its own this is a let down. I get no sweetness or vanilla and still get her even with plenty of water.
oak wood, sour, flat cola
peppery, charcoal, heat, aggressive
spice and great
Old faithful. Jack and Coke is the best mixed drink but on its own this is a let down. I get no sweetness or vanilla and still get none even with plenty of water.
oak wood, sour, flat cola
peppery, charcoal, heat, aggressive
spice and heat
quite average bourbon. nothing more, nothing less
sweet, not bad
It is a safe harbour in a storm; a prominent sweet vanilla taste, but well made.
The whiskey that got me started.
eh
The only taste I get out of this is Banana... Just so odd and not what I look for in a whiskey.
banana, pinecone
Like a banana milkshake with a hint of caramel and a slight hint of charcoal
very short, nearly no taste.
the best thing about this is its "TASTE"
rock n' roll whiskey
easy whiskey to drink especially if you are new to whiskeys
Its pretty nice "go to" whiskey for people who are starting out. Great for mixing drinks and cheap so it doesn't put a dent in your pocket
if you are just looking for a whiskey and nothing outstanding then this is great. Good whiskey.
Na můj vkus moc sladká, spíš do míchaných nápojů. Radši preferuju jiné whisky ve stejné cenové kategorii.
Fine for mixers
nice but sweeter than I thought
perfect whit ice
very smooth and sweet dominant taste is banana not bad but nothing special but it is not trying to be
smooth finish, very light on the palette... excellent
Just mix with Coke and you will be happy.
Jack and Coke is a standby for a reason, alcohol notes, charred oak and caramel
Just banana and a bit of charcoal. mostly bananas. That ubiquitous "smooth." Really better than I expected though.
Sweet, Vanilla, oak. There's a reason this is one of America's favorites.
Sweet, wooden taste, vanilla, long finish.
Not bad but nothing special, flat.
Strong alcohol, sweet, wood.
Sweet, "woody" vanilla, maybe lacroaix.
Sweet, short, but really strongly warming throat, that is longlasting.
just what you expect from Jack Daniels # 7 an American favorite
Thank you Jack Daniel's Old No. 7....Jack do what Jack do.
Definitely a beginner, I'm sure everyone cuts their teeth on this one.
Amerykańska whiskey, filtrowana przez węgiel drzewny. 78% kukurydzy, 12% żyta i 10% jęczmienia daje w efekcie trunek o gładkim i słodkim aromacie z nutą migdałów i kukurydzy. W smaku wyczuwalna wanilia, kukurydza i toffi. Finish krótki, ale przyjemny. Prosty, zwyczjany bourbon.
Smooth, sweet, almond, vanilla, corn
Smooth, sweet, vanilla, oak, toffee
Mellow, sweet, creamy, vanilla, almond
Very good for beginners. Sweet on the nose, strong sweetness of toffee and oak on the palate, mild on finish. Not really for sipping but perfect, in price and taste, for a shot or with cold coke and some ice cubes. The reliable, rocky and enduring Jack as we all know it.
Sweet
Toffee, Charcoal, Sweet, Oaky
Mild
Essential entry-level whisky, but very limited personnality
tast the little bottle in my plan to New York, not bad at all.
Nothing fancy but definitely Ole reliable
to take a shot or with lemon and coke
Charcoal...well done with mixes..not necessarily something I would sip on.
caramel, oak & spice
The "Average Joe" of whisky, only way I drink this one is with Coke.
goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding
A staple of any bar and you can find it everywhere. I only have it mixed with Coca-Cola.
american classic. drink it as Lemmy suggested and tell no bullshit
Etwas Karamell
Kurz, leicht säuerliche Note, etwas Bitterkeit.
Ok, but nothing special
just drink it as Lemmy.
Strong vanilla hint and oak flavours. pleasant as day to day but would like more in depth flavours.
if neat it takes a little time to get used to it. it helps to let it "rest" in the glass before drinking.
Good with ice or coke
Coarse if drunk neat
Man, I don't know. I thought this popular drink has good taste, however, it is extremely dry for me. The layers of the spirit is not very obvious.
Oakly wood, but mainly alcohol.
Very simple. not a big fan.
Strong alcohol taste. Not a big fan.
Someone likes it with Cola, but it tastes the best with ice.
nice to drink if you mixed that with cola
As a cocktail it's allright. Kinda bad without anything, but still better than other cheap whiskeys.
With coke!
Too sweet over all. Not terrible, but not one of my favorites either.
Jack Daniel's Old No.7 may well be the most well known and world-renowned of all whiskies (is there a convenience store that doesn't stock a bottle?), but it's a simple and thin dram. The nose is mainly vanilla, with a bit of orange and rose. The palate is then a warm wash of hazelnut, rind and aniseed in the bite. It has plenty of warmth, which is what sticks around in its short finish, with hazelnut being the very last flavour. Not a distinct or complex whisky, but its flavours are not unpleasant.
Vanilla, orange, rose.
Hazelnut, orange rind, aniseed.
Warmth, hazelnut.
Basically only with something carbonated.
Standard
jep. only enjoyable with coke
Mit Cola absolut Spitze.
smooth and cheap enough for a mixer and neat.
bananas
smooth
smooth and sweet.
I'll give it another try sometime... first impression was terrible, strong taste of alcohol. Only bourbon I've tried so far...
Für Mixgetränke gut geeignet
tastes like glue
didn't want to get this just wanted to try. nice not bad I do like it.
Gut zum mischen
Farbe: dunkelbraun, gold
Aroma: Vanille, fruchtig
Geschmack: alkoholisch, medizinischer Rauch, süß
Abgabg: kurz, sanft, brennender Atem
good for mixing
First impression on the nose is: vanilla, lemon, banana and sweet charred wood. Alcohol somewhere at the back.
Not unpleasant at all.
The taste is more of the same. Alcohol a bit more present now.
The short to medium finish again is more of the same. I guess this one has nothing more to offer than banana, vanilla and sweet charred wood.
Very nice when mixed with coke, but not advised to drink straight.
easy drinking, good for mixing.
It's a bar staple for a reason. Smooth, easy to drink anyway you like and affordable.
Nothing spectecular, but definitely nothing offensive. Don't quite get the people saying only good for mixing
only good for mixing
Very flat taste, almost no finish
good for mixing.
meh
good in recipes
Not a bourbon as indicated on the app.
On the sweeter side.
A versatile whiskey. I mainly use it only in recipes these days. On the spicy side.
Ok, sweet, smooth, nice flavor...but I like to sip my whiskey neat and this whiskey after a minute it just keeps mute. I'll try it with coke.
goes only with coke!
way different then gentleman jack
uncle jack !
Not as refined and gentlemanly as the single-malts I prefer, but there are times my Southern soul seeks a return to my good ol' boy roots. On those occasions, only Jack Daniels hits the spot.
awful taste.most would not agree. Not a fan of Tennessee Whisky.
Great for mixing, shooting is at own risk. Great for soar throats.
Acceptable at its price point but there are many better options.
Awesome love it. Great with a nice cigar and a campfire
When there is a limited offer at the bar, this is allways your backup. available everywere and consistent in taste. if you can, try the gentleman or the single barrel(50%)!
hard to drink on the rocks ;)
A tennessee whisky from the US. Quite strong taste of alcohol. It's better by mixing it with coke.
Not good as a serious whisky. They claim it's a combination between Scotch and Bourbon, but to me it just tastes like sweet water. I can only tolerate it with lots of ice but if you want to mix it with coke go ahead.
Nice drink
Mwa...
A decent Tennessee whiskey, considering the cheap price, but overall nothing to be enjoyed too much.
One of the best cheap whisky. Not for connoisseurs
Too full.
Great oak, vanilla, sweet aroma. Full body, subtle sweet aftertaste.
.
fine taste
