General description

a 39 year old from a Ghost distillery, this one needs some time to open up, first few minutes on the nose there is a glue note that will dominate, and fight off the other flavours trying to surface, but after a view minutes it openes up and many different flavours follow one and other, starting with a bourbon, and sweet orange syrup, then a heavy cereal, burned suger, stick toffee pudding, and nutty flavours,
on the palate, spice, liquorice, nuts, bourbon and grainy notes, to end with a nutty, spicy and somewhat oaky bitter note, malty and a hint of mint, excellente.
