General description
Unripe green apples (sour and bitter), baking spices, creamed nuts, natural vanilla, grape skins, rum, and some oak. The nose and pallet are very good, but the finish is the best part. It tastes a bit like a 25 year old+ Calvados (apple brandy), and is the easiest drinking 48% ABV I've come across. I'm not sure I'd buy a full bottle at $500, but I'd happily pay $350 (so, I'd buy a bottle on sale).
