General description
On first approach, light but noticeable smokey peat (I am picking it up well due to having light speysides recently). Has a nice lemon/lime citrus and a little briney saltiness. As it sits in the glass, the 20% sherried portion begins to encase the smoke and malt. It is in the background but is noticeable and the balance is beautiful for a 10 year old. Nice balanced finish. Coming back even a few days later, the sherry has really started to burst out and assert itself.
