Sweet fruity aroma. Balanced and fresh. A decent 10 year old and I can see why it's so popular. Bit too sweet for me. It's a whisky I wish I had tried earlier in my journey, before tasting better ones. Mild balanced easy to drink. Picked up for £25 which is great value.

Toller Whisky für fast jede Gelegenheit. Meiner Meinung nach ist die Bezeichnung „Einsteiger Whisky“ beim Glenmorangie 10 sehr positiv zu bewerten. Dies spiegelt sich auch im tollen Preis- / Leidtunsverhältnis wider.

Sehr gut ausgewogener fruchtiger und ausgprägt süsser Whisky, der sehr zugänglich ist. Wenig komplex ohne dabei aber flach oder langweilig zu werden.

Nose

Süsse, Eichenfässer, Vanille, leichte Noten von Orange und Limone

Palate

Ausgeprägte Süsse und Fruchtigkeit, Orange, Ananas und reife rote Äpfel, keinerlei Schärfe oder bittere Töne

Finish

Kurzes bis mittleres Finish mit ausgeprägten Fruchtaromen entwickelt sich gegen das Ende hin eher in eine leicht herbe Richtung. Die Eiche wird gegen das Ende hin dominanter und ergänzt die Süsse sehr gut.

Quite a simple, straight dram. Gentle on the nose with not much but sweetness. The palate is a touch of sweetness that immediately gives way to sour fruit and then bitter rind, which becomes the predominant flavour. The finish is almost entirely salty but mercifully short. This whisky has almost no volume, so while it's smooth, it also washes away. I didn't really enjoy this one much at all.
