No age statement single malt whisky from speyside. Youthness, fruitiness /apples, pears, maybe ripe bananas/, maltiness, hinf of honey notes, slightly caramel, cinnamon, touch of oak. Very simple taste profile, subtle flavour, little watery aftertaste. Not bad, but nothing extra. Maybe good for beginners.
not for me. a weak smell and sharp taste. little bittery finish. pallate some vanilla and little fruity in the back

In the nose malt, sweetness and peaches. Taste comes in a bit sharp, then malt and vanilla. Sourdough finish.
nose had pear, a floral honey, some vanilla and a light hint of fresh grass. the palate has more of a citrus note with a rind finish but was very simple almost boring. A solid approachable choice for someone starting out.
The american oak is there, toffee, vanilla, citrus candy, orange rind, toffee, bubblegummy. Good light body, not sharp.
Sweet, fruity and friendly Single Malt. For the price its great but lacks a bit of complexity and depth, but always happy to pour one out for whiskey newcomers since its so easy drinking.

A very sweet, fruity whisky. As whiskys go it's not particularly complex and is not really my style but I can see the appeal for some.

Alkoholische Süße, viel Birne. I'm Geschmack Honig und Vanille, danach folgen Gewürze und Schärfe. Ganz am Ende kommen dann doch nochmal die typisch floralen Noten durch.

Glenlivet doesn't make a "bad" whisky. This is relatively cheap and very very smooth....nothing harsh for a newcomer.

I got an overpowering fruit flavor both on the nose and taste. it is the strongest example of an "apple" note I've ever had. add in some sweet butterscotch and a little bit of oak, and it's a nice friendly dram.

For the price you pay you get quite a lot of smooth drinking whisky. Heavy fruity smells and tastes, especially apple. Goes down easily. Perfect for an evening with friends.
lovely whisky! very fruity, but not massive red fruit flavours from typical speysider. some spice on the nose, cinnamon mostly, and lots of malt, like brown bread. more fruit on the palate, orchard fruits and then a little musty, very dry! fininisg is nice and long, with a bit of tang! beautiful easy drinking whisky!!

A warm and soothing dram, this is both comforting and not taxing. It's smooth, a little sweet and quite spicy. The finish is really warm and long. This is a very enjoyable dram, like a big hug. Not particularly distinct, but good at what it does.

Really weak nose, mainly grass and hay, watered down honey, hint of wet tarmac. Watery mouthfeel, no standout flavours other than a light grainy malt with lemony citrus notes. Short, lame fizzle of a finish, slight alcohol burn.
While it’s not very compelling, it’s not exactly repulsive - it just is what it is: cheap, unexciting single malt.
