nice to have a unpeated islay for a change
Zupełnie inaczej ją odczuwam, niż średnia ocen tu. Żoną dała 90/100
Grapefruit, beach sand, apples, hay, wet meadow, field flowers, honey.
Grass, honey, wood, citrus, peaches; fresh.
Fruity, fresh, light oaky.
Imagine a Kilchoman Machir Bay without peat and a bit more malt-y/cereal notes. Fantastic whisky, I liked it more than the Classic Laddie and has more citrus than the Islay Barley 2010. Enjoy!
Citrus, sweet, a welcoming Islay air that you simply have to love if you love the Laddie.
Wonderful palate. Not too harsh/chilly, some honey notes and lovely cereal/malty notes. Smooth, you couldn’t tell it’s 50% ABV.
Long, several layers. First oak-y, then dried fruits, vanilla, and spice. Lovely Laddie notes, you just simply have to love this.
Citrus light floral saline
The 50% alcohol feels more persisting and present than expected. A good dram with sweet oaky notes.
Sweetness, caramel, vanilla, oak
Oily, vanilla, lots of oak,
strong spirits, slightly medical, mouth watering
Fresh, herbaceous with depth and complexity. Quite stunning.
Nice 8 years oke wishkey
Agradável paladar que desperta interesse em conhecer os demais produtos mais elaborados pela destilaria.
The fresh and slightly bitter little brother of Laddie Ten.
Fresh. Light perfume, sweet vanilla, stewed pears and salty apricots. Dry white wine, butter and green apples
A bit spirity, with buttered nuts and bitter fruit. Light vanilla, oak and a touch of salt and pepper.
Medium to long finish. Bitter and dry. Light honey with pepper.
