General description
very strong nose - rye bread, caraway seeds, some caramel, black pepper to knock your socks off. palate sneaks up on you; it starts with oak and caramel, almost bourbon-like, before that rye bread and pepper start in. finish has that pepper turn up and then it lasts and ends with heat. very curious to try to try in an old fashioned (didn't work in a Sazerac for me)
