Finish strength: Long

General description

Your vanilla bean caramel apple fell on the corn and sawdust covered woodshop floor. As you reached to pick it up, the fresh picked peppers you picked cover the glazed treat. You blow it off and eat your sweet delicacy because you're a man.

Nose

Apples and pear on the front. Sawdust and red fruit.

Palate

Vanilla and maple syrup. Corn dusting to follow.

Finish

Spice with aroma to follow. Lingering alcohol finish.

General description

N:18, P:16, B:15, F:17.
A harsh drink with a long and hot alcoholic finish. Aromas of vanilla, custard cream, dried fruit and later some varnish.
Sweetness, alcohol and medicine are on the palate.
A drop of water makes things worse. Not my cup of tea.

Nose

Vanilla, custard cream, dried fruit, varnish

Palate

Sweet, alcohol, medicine

Finish

Hot, alcohol

General description

Great price but lacks complexity and character. Some caramel and oak on the nose but mostly medicinal. Smoother with less than expected burn on the taste and finish. Besides a very slight nutty taste not much else. Not a bad price though.

I just purchased this. I'm getting notes of a pretty good oak and smoke, mixed with a hint of vanilla. Not bad
