Very Jameson, very good, with a little extra sophistication...
Distinctly Jameson with a lot of little nuances of the flavours to come. Very light with sweetness and a hint of vanilla. Milk chocolate, creaminess and delicate.
Light and slightly fruity with something of a gentle citrus. There is more, but I will taste again before adding further comment. Very smooth delivery.
Longer than billed. A lot of reviews say a short finish, and, while it's not long, it hangs around for a while, bringing toasted notes and good old Irish green apple and sweetness sustained. Maybe even a light note of acidic orange..? Quality, and for me, the best of the 3 between Cooper's Croze, Blender's Dog and its excellent self...
Very lite
soft and smooth
Nice lemon citrus notes, then tonnes of spice! white pepper is front and centre! it's a young whiskey, slight new make alcohol taste but then all the flavours come together! definitely recommend!
Spice, white pepper
zu soft.
Scherp
Very hot. It's only aged 3 years, and they've kept the aging minimal. more like a brown moonshine than an aged whiskey.
