Surprisingly smooth for being nearly 100 proof. Very nice finish that faded slowly, with hints of pepper and spice.

Vanilla, caramel, oak, spice, less sweet than the small batch, better balance. Smooth and easy drinker.
Solid bourbon
A very nice bourbon. Good balance of sweet and spice.
Not one that I would choose to drink. feels overrated to me.
Decent whiskey but the burn is harder than expected. Lots of vanilla on the front with some allspice and hint of cinnamon on the end.
A little disappointed. Really enjoy the small batch and had higher expectations.
Love the vanilla that's in this one.
sweet nice burn doesn't last long
vanilla sweet Carmel
very sweet then a nice burn. cherry then Carmel
smooth warm sweet burn at the back and leaves slow and Smooth.
Frankly, I expected better from this one, especially considering it's price. It's not horribly bad, but it's bad enough.
Was rather disappointed with this one. I've had the other 1792's and loved them, but this one was very harsh.
