It's middle of the road. The best thing about this whiskey is the bottle it comes in.
first hint is bourbon so honey and vanilla but than there is a bit of a better end
very smooth and creamy. Hints of vanilla. Very good whisky considering the low price. Nice Sweet taste
Nose: floral, pepper wood, celery salt and pear
Palate: sweet almond paste, hibiscus and rose water, fruit nougat
This starts out pretty subtle from the aroma but quickly establishes the sweet floral/nougat blend that wins in the end. Fair heat throughout with medium viscosity and a likable sweet burn to finish. Better than anticipated.
Neus: romig, licht gekruid, hout en vanille. Smaak: zijdezacht, kruiden, peer en vanille. Afdronk: lang en romig.
Didn't like it. Too much alcohol and no taste at all nor distinctive finish
This is more of a cocktail whiskey rather than a straight drinking one.
Should have been called " Raw & Co" nothing great at all, just a big wave of alcohol, no background notes, very timid on the nose. Just very disappointing. Guinness should stick to what they know and leave whiskeys to others..
😥
Not at all bad. Good value sip. A bit hot at 45%
actually prefer this over Jameson. Great Irish whiskey
Sweet and smooth taste, also nice quality for the money.
smooth and tasty
Right noq, this is the bottle I've had open the longest. Just not my taste. I vastly prefer Jameson Caskmates or Bushmills 10 (similar price)
Quite nice smooth blend
strong flavours on the this one, vanilla and fruit. caramel tones also and a hint of tobacco. not as refined as other irish whiskies, similar to a bourbon. still very tasty and the 45% abv brings the flavours out more.
creamy on the nose, with hints of vanilla. taste: salted toffee and caramel along with milk chocolate, hazelnuts and some almonds. the finish is short, crisp with a slight alcohol sting. the creamy mouthful lingers on a bit more. an easy drinker, nice and lovely and not very complex... 81/100
