General description

Very wild Glenfarclas, sweet and strong and needs water. Just the finish isn't perfect, but the rest is!

Very dark fruity, little bit of peat maybe (‹5ppm), toffee, nuts, overripe pears, plums, cherries, ripe bananas, winterly spices like cinnamon and lemongrass, but also a fresh tone like quince.
With water added a bit more straight sherry nose and a gingery spiciness coming through.

So strong flavour, syruplike sweetness, candied brown sugar. Malty, fruity, nutty with leather and an oily mouthfeel.

A bit too bitter chocolate, drying and now vanilla coming up.
