General description

A good addition to the five virtues range. Reassuringly, it doesn't 'burn' as a young whisky does and rather the fire labelling seems to come from the burnt sugar & smokey barbecue.

Caramelising muscovado sugar, raisins over oaky spice.

A soft, oily body carrying a smokey barbecue flavour. Warm spices and a hint of vanilla round the palate off.

Warmth of the oak really becomes evident as the palate clears.
