Wood fired caramel apple pie. Dusting of peanut, red fruit and spearmint rounding up the finish.
Caramel apple pie forward. Red fruit.
Oak up front followed by black pepper. Licorice.
Long alcohol finish with a hint of spearmint.

It's a good bourbon but I can't say it's taste matches it's price level.
