A quasi-Idahoan burbon out of Caldwell and that's about that there is special about it. Idaho has a lot of burbon made throughout the state that is both better quality and barreled and aged in state. I was disappointed to know that this one is barreled and aged in Kentucky therefore eliminating any potential for the local climate to affect the aging process in a unique way.
Burning, harsh going into carmel and vanilla
Syrupy carmel, no other notes.
