Let it breathe for a 20 minutes. Caramel apricot chilli, buttered toast, coffee, dark chocolate orange slices, ginger, floral and pepper finish with apples and some light dry oak showing up later. Water brings out a lot of oak and adds some honey-flavoured wax to the floral finish. I prefer it neat. I paid $151 CAD / $119 USD. At that price, because it's tasty and unique enough, it's worth picking up a bottle.
