Tastes like Christmas in your mouth with cinnamon and nutmeg hitting your tongue before the tender heat of this delicious bourbon.

General description

Nose is sweet with hints on vanilla. When first on the tongue you taste the vanilla and sweet but quickly the flavor spikes into a long smooth finish.

General description

“Kentucky Chew”, Batch 2018-03 is named in tribute to Booker Noe ... where he would take a sip of bourbon, work it around his mouth and then smack his lips a few times in such a way it appeared he was chewing on the liquid.

General description

One fiery pour! Lots of cinnamon and cloves. Tastes like Big Red gum once plenty of chilled distilled water is added. Thankfully it is mostly back heat and other flavors can still be distinguished. I could rate this 4 stars possibly, but not at $80 per bottle in NC. Try it as a bar pour with plenty of rocks.
